Welcome to Longarm Quilting by Shelli Yanik. I have been sewing most of my life, starting with making my own clothes and then moving on to working in the garment industry at Ruth Originals, a company in Hendersonville that made girls dresses. I started quilting over fifteen years ago when my sons were in high school and I wanted a creative outlet. Upon retirement in 2020, I became more active in
quilting and purchased my own longarm machine.

I have an APQS Lucey and I use Intelliquilter to create my designs.

I offer digitized edge to edge quilting, but will do limited numbers of semi-custom and
custom quilting projects, and I can accommodate any size up to a king size quilt.

I enjoy working with customers to help them take a beautiful quilt top and turn it into a completed quilt.

I have worked with computers for over 30 years. The ability to use Intelliquilter to design both edge to edge and custom stitching has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

The addition of quality quilting to a quilt top creates an amazing transformation!
